x. 5-9 T K GORRELL Principal GUIDING AND DIRECTING the educational program of Baldwin Park High School, T. K. Gorrell as principal worked harmoniously with teachers, other school ad- ministrators, Superintendent Stanley B. Shaver, and his administrative staff. As principal he was directly responsible for all areas in the general running of the school. His policy may be characterized as The Open Door . . . students, their parents, and all staff members were free to dis- cuss their requests and suggestions, complaints or criti- cisms. Working together insured the success of Baldwin Park High School as an educational institution.
