They attended a N. C.A. cheerleading camp in Marshall, Missouri last summer to learn new ideas in cheerleading, including yells and cheers. Competing against 12 other cheerleading squads, the five girls secured two superior ratings. Money for camp was raised at the annual Fourth of july celebration where the girls sold ice cream and cake. Some of the various spirit-promoting projects of the year included decorating the team's cars, help- ing with homecoming festivities, and presenting an original pom-pon performance. Along with the regular cheerleading at every game, the cheer- leaders also served the team lunch the days of several games. irauusunnnm f -ff' - wssM.z.ffa-:su-muuqwmssw -:..-F-are -ew ..-- wen, ..,f ra:.mffwv,a e,m
