But it seerns, after thinking it over, that our efforts becorne rnere trifles when cornpared to those of one who has spent rnany years bringing both the Galleon and the Buc- caneer rnany' rniles along their paths to success. Miss L. Hudson canie to Balboa in the Fall of l9Z0, just ty.-so years after the school opened. and took over both the Buccaneer and the Galleon. In lune of l932, alter she had taught only two years at Balboa, the Galleon was rightfully dedi- cated to her. ln that dedication a quotation was used: 'No fzfferz-iff fi fwend Tff Shall Pzfort vt fi,3i6V2d,'. - Beaumont.
