This is an organization lor students with a B average on their report cards without any Dis, XV's, or L s. Its purpose is to give service to Balboa l-ligh School in any was needed. The inenibers ol' the Silver Seals have been encouraged to get into the activities ol their registries and classes and also Student Association activities.
