The plan is proving successful, offering, as iT does, a chance for The individuals concerned To see Themselves facing common problems, and having speakers eminenfly qualified To give Them wholesome advice and inspiraTion, adapTed par- Ticularly Tor Those hearers. Many problems are common To The boys, which would noT inTer- esT The girls. and vice versa, and a greafer sense of uniTy is developed by Talking These Things over in groups. A prominenT judge of The superior courT was one of The inspiring speakers ThaT have appeared aT Balboa. 1 The session of The boys given over To The Talks of prominenT alumni has also received Y Q 7 favorable commenT among our sTudenTs, The speakers' Themes having seT up an ideal Tor ' 4 The nexT generaTion of high school people. ui l',. 1.
