?ree al, Miss Nelson served B.H.S. in many capacities. She was Dean of Women which made her responsible for the guidance of girls with special discipline and attendance problems. She organized the selection oi Citi-f zenship Award candidates and Bank of America Award winners. She also served as chairwoman of the scholarship committee. Mr. Lucas as Dean of Men assisted with the guidance of boys in a special tile. He worked in conjunction with the local law enforcement agen- cies. He was responsible for as- sisting the assistant principal in administrative services. ln ad- dition to these duties he served as advisor to the Boys' Inter- Racial Council.

Hard work and busy hours were his regular routine. ex. K Mr. Robesky was assistant principal in charge of over-all curriculum. He was responsible tor the supervision of the selec- tion, adoption, and ordering of textbooks and instructional ma- terial for student use. f 'fI-nun.. 'N-XNN 1. 6,- Mr, Martin was one of the hard working administrative staff who helped B.H.S. run smoothly. Among his responsi- bilities were over-seeing the physical plant, custodial staff, and assisting the principal in su' pervising student activities.

He arranged and scheduled assemblies, promoted and supervised all club activities, and served as the official school historian. Miss Bonnye Deal served B.H.S. as Director ot Testing. She was responsible tor the super- vision ot the group testing and placement pro- gram. The results ot these tests aided teachers and counselors in guiding students. -,wj,,- Mr. Kamrar assumed the position ot Campus Su- pervisor.
