The sec- retaries also made appointments between counselors and students, or counselors and parents, kept reterence tiles on students and check- ed on absentees. Money matters were handled by the BUSINESS OFFICE. They paid the bills and issued checks tor the entire district. For sate-keep- ing and convenient storage, clubs deposited their money with the ottice. The Business Ottice was also responsible tor the payment and ordering ot books, other school supplies and school equipment.
