Diary May It- Last week of school May 12- Started a new chapter in will have the test on Friday. May I S' Picked up my cap and gown today, wouldn't you know it was the wrong size. Then. I spent 2 hours in the office getting a new one. Boy, are they sick of me. May 14- Had our LAST Spelling test in Miss Knutson's class III Had to spell the word the” 4 times — it was hard. May 15- Our last day of school. Had 5 pages of PAD notes, then he gave us the test for that chapter. Flunked Itlll What a way to end the year. May 16' The WEEKEND. Celebrated a little — here and there and pretty much everywhere. I don’t think I'll ever make it to the 19th — alive. May IS- Rehearsal for graduation and baccalaureate. The office really thinks were dumb nowl Were com- ing again tomorrow to practice. Ran up and down the halls letting everybody know we were Seniors. The halls will never be the same without uslll May 19- 1981 Seniors became high school graduates today. You should have seen the faces that night at 9:00. Relief (diploma signed). For twelve long years we've Lead a path, from dawn to setting sun. though we feel it’s all over. It's really just begun( We 've grown and learned, more and more. Each and every year. Seeing the end may bring a smile. Or to some it brings a tearI We've tried and failed, and tried again, And experienced more each day, But we re all about to go On our own waysI We want to thank all of you- That helped us come this far. That rose us up when we fell. On our way to a shining starI The end is here and the time has come. We ve had our good times and fun.
