SEASONS SUMMARY As in the past, Baker wrestled against larger and tougher schools, so the team would be ready to provide stiff competition at the District Wrestling Tournament. Baker brought home a 2nd place trophy and eight wrestlers qualified for the State, the most in the schools history. The Baker wrestlers didn’t fare as well at State. Although John Moser received 2nd place at State, Baker didn’t have enough team points to place. SEASONS SUMMARY Bakers' B-Squad ended the season with a 3 and 8 record. This record was not a true indication of the teams ca iber as many times during the season they won the matches that they wrestled. Throughout the season, the B-Squad had to forfeit many matches which made the difference in most of their dual meets. Lack of personnel hurt the team throughout the year, but Coach Doug Schenkle is looking for a more successful season next year. Sponsored by FARMER'S UNION OIL 31
