CLASS PROPHECY One sunny afternoon in the year 1971 on Wall Street, Richmond Pea- se spied by chance, and snapped a photograph of, the remains of the class of '51. Darrel Rost, to our suprise, was the main attraction for the World's Champion Boxing Crown! Allen Wildish was walking down the street with his four sets of triplets and his dear wife, Phyllis Olson. Gloria Plummer and Melvin Wolenetz were, for the fourth consecut- ive week, starting in the P. D. Q. production of Cheaper by the Doz- zen , Mr. Pease called for his private helicopter, run by Ace Martin O'- Connor and Co-Pilot Edward Malenovsky, and flew out to the country to see Bernice and Carl on their Mink Farm in Iowa. (Bernice was deter- mined to have the first mink coat and Carl is still working for it. ) When all of a sudden, through the clear blue sky, came Gretchen's sere am -- H-a-r-v-e-y C-y-r Come out from under that shade tree and feed the pigs, because our hired man, Dalbert Wiseman, and our hired girl, Florence Scoles, ran off together. After our brief visit to these two lovely couples we again took off, this time to the Ozarks; and who do we spy but David Weeks and his dear wife Irene Hartse. She was pulling the plow while David was slurping up a batch of mountaindew from Bud Boucher's still on the hill. Betty was packing hooch to the root celler on her back! ! ! Ashley Corbett, having broken her engagement to Klauzer and run off with her dreamboat, Joseph Kirschten, is now hiding in the Ozarks from Klauzer and his big gun, Mr. Pease, after consuming his normal amount of corn likkler (six gallons without stopping), staggered into his helicopter, left his students from long ago, and zig-zagged away into space. On arriving in Baker who should he meet but Doctor Lyle Seaman and his devoted wife and nurse Darlene Cretsinger. They were going on a call to farmer Rolph Tunby's, whose pig was expecting some little baby pigs which they thought might be born with a cold. He sent Darlene back to get some medicine from Joy Johnson's store, who was partner with Ronald Stanhope. (By the way, Ronald made his stake by hauling houses and ?????). Mr. Pease decided to get a bit to eat so he stopped in at Hazel's and Elmer's Cafe; and who was eating in a corner booth but Corkey, Vir- ginia, and some little Corks? Norma was chief cook and bottle washer --mainly bottle washer. Then he decided to relax a bit by going to a movie. When he got there Erna Mae was explaining to the audience why there was no movie--her husband Gritch was suffering from a two-week hangover. Mr. Pease went then to the basement (? ) to the now converted bar where he watched Pauline and Della wrestling on television; Joyce Mort- on was refereeing. After this he listened to the hit tunes of the week sung by Bernice Sleeth and her husband Lenoard Wang, accompanied by Donna Olson on the bagpipes. Getting tired, he decided to go for a stroll to the World's Flashiest Night Club; and who were the torch singers but Genevieve Hayes and Donna Defferding. After seeing this dazzling show he decided to go to to his room and drift off into real life. After the publishing of this Annual, the Prophecy staff were exter- minated for some unknown reason, Genevieve H. Donna D. Ronald S. Bud B.
