MTBE BQQMEQQS QI! Autulmmyy The annual beauty contest of Baird High School was recently held on Oc- tober 15, 1985, at 7:00 P.M. in the school auditorium. This ear's theme was The Beauties 0? Autumn . Twenty-two contestants competed for the crown of Most Beautiful. The top twelve semi-finalists were Shannon Mendez, Michelle Self, Kris- ty Gilliland, Tracy Hawes, Becky Self, Cherry Cabus, Shannon Steep, Suzette Christopher, Lacretia Grant, Carla Barron, Stacy Hawes and Patricia Casey. Receiving third runner-up honors were Lacretia Grant and Shane Camp- bell. Second runners-up were Becky Self and Kelly Corn. First runners-up were Michelle Self and Chris Gulley. Crowned Most Beautiful of B.H.S. was Kristy Gilliland and Most Hand- some was Codie Parkhill. Judges for the competition were Bobbie Broyles, Jim McCurdy and Diane Cole who were all from Abilene.
