He took over the ,school at a time when the job was not an easy one, but when he left in 1958 to become Admin-' istrator of the West Grant School, the in-coming principal found a well-organized, happy school. This ability to keep things running smoothly, to iron out difficulties and make them seern easy, is one of Mr. Hami1ton's greatest accomplishments. A Each of his days at Bagley High School was started with a smile and a word of encouragement for students and teachers. No problem was ever too small to be ignored, nor too large to be by-passed. The members of the Annual staff, in sincere appreciation of his work here, wish to dedicate this annual to Mr. Willis Hamilton.
