G 'i ' J' ' I FLAG DIVISION In the farmers' county agricultural set-up many skilled workers are nec- essary to carry out the various phases of preparation and administration of a planned program. Likewise in the case of a Flag aboard ship many hands are needed. In addition to the Flag officers, a complement of enlisted men with varying skills and training make up the Flag Division.
