iQue es eso? With a goal for their an- nual trip to New York City in mind, this years Spanish Club raised money through bake-sales and dinners. Highlights for the club were Foreign Lan- guage Week October 20- 24, the piftata Christmas party and the induction dinner for the Spanish Honor Society. Why are you looking at me? The Class of 1983 started earning money in their freshmen year. This fact has helped them as a basis for their sophomore year. Their class officers have worked closely with them in designing numerous events for the year. One of their events was the Pancake Breakfast. It was very profitable, thanks to the supporters of it. The Class of 1983 has sold blue and gold pom- pons and mistletoe while showing some of their school and Christmas spirit. They are planning a Pre-Prom car wash, which is becoming a tradition for the Bacon Sophomore Classes. The money that the class is making and hopes to make is going towards various things such as their Junior Prom and Senior Banquet. 30 Sitting pretty You did what last night?
