Mr. Norris directs a literary staff that often needs encourage- ment as well as hassel if the production is to be artisically worth its price while Mrs. Norris so manueveurs the business staff through the sale of ads, the continued appreciation and support of the business community, the sale of books to the faculty and student body, and the billing, collecting, and audit- ing of all accounts for Baconian '81. Sacrificing parts of their prep periods, having their lunch time interrupted, and donating long weekends to proofreading have not gone unnoticed. We of Baconian appreciate the final say and executive deci- sion exercized by our advisors and understand the overall diffi- culty of the job of literary and business production.
