AZIIGC mAl2ChlnG BANG: CNG of AZUSA S BGSU known GROUPS The Aztec Marching Band carries the school colors to many places as its members enter parades and competitions and perform at games and rallies. The Black, White, and Columbia Blue flash brightly as the proud musicians produce high-quality music as they march. The Aztecs hosted the Azusa Golden Days Parade and also marched in the Santa Monica Parade, at Disneyland, the All-Western Band Review in Long Beach, and of course, the Maytime Band Review in National City. Carrying the proud name of Azusa High, the Banner Carriers announce the band with color, style, and precision. During the concert season this same group brings recognition to the school with its top musical performances. An important part of this high morale group is the support of the Band Boosters and parents who assist in uniform and instrument maintenance and in many other ways. The Aztec Marching Band is under the direction of Mr. Tom Jackson with Rick Rivera as Drum Major and Randy Alva as Assistant Drum Major.
