Siem! 14 These are the men who provide us with the physical tools of our education - our buildings - our books and our equipment. These men are elected from a school district that comprises three counties: Tarrant, Par- ker and Wise. These are the men who plan for the growth and development of our school plant--who see that we have the bus transportation our district needs. We are proud of them and their unselfish service in our behalf. Our superintendent of schools serves as the executive officer of the board and is charged with management and administration of the school system.
