Ellen Frances Laws has for a long time been set¬ tled DOWN ON the FARM WITH HER HUSBAND.A GRAD¬ UATE OF ANOTHER SCHOOL. WE ARE SURPRISED THAT HER HIGH-SCHOOL ROMANCE WAS NOT A SUCCESS. Henry Lea Roberts and his wi the COUNTRY. I SUPPOSE THEY WELL, AFTER ALL. Wilbur Poole doesn’t seem to be able to make up HIS MIND WHETHER HE’LL BE A BACHELOR OR GET MAR¬ RIED. We think he will prefer the latter. Alene Crabtree has had a promotion but she re¬ fused. t suppose you know the rest. Claude Hopkins seems to enjoy his work a great deal. We wonder if romance will never enter his life! Edith Clayton seems to be a wonderful secretary. At least. I suppose her boss thinks so-her hus¬ band, IN OTHER WORDS. Estelle McCulloch seems to be flying on air, but WHO WOULDN ' T, WITH A BIG CHURCH WEDDING ONLY 2 WEEKS OFF? Jack Williams seems to 8E a wonderful doctor. I HEAR HE HASN’T LOST A PATIENT YET. Ellen Frances Laws AYCOCK ( Tune: ’Must A Little Bit Soujh of North Carolina”) Just a beautiful spot in North Carolina, That’s where I long to be. In Aycock School in North Carolina Education waits for me. In each room, they say, each teacher is fine, And the students are fine and gay. All the rules are well and strictly kept, As THE CHILDREN MERRILY PLAY. Just a wonderful spot in North Carolina, That’s where I love to stay. I can haroly waid to see the gate And my friends who wait to play. Just a flourishing school in North Carolina- I’M GOING THERE EACH DAY’. Edith Clayton
