After working in chicago for a year, he attended N.I.S.T.C. et DeKalb for two years. There ne was captain of his basketball squad in 1925-24. Ee continued his education et the University of Wisconsin. After teaching for a year end a half at Woodstock, Illinois, in 1929 he returned to the University of Wisconsin, where he received his Pn.B. degree. Here, also in lQ28, he was pledged to Phi Sigma ?ni, honorary physics fraternity. HS the result of summer study, ne received his Ph.E. degree in 1934. He taught st Barrington ind Libertrville before coming to Avon in the fell of l945. In addition to being our principal, he teaches general science and chvsics. His favorite pastime is plaving contract bridge.
