Dedication What is education? It is a two way street. That, more than anything else, is what we have learned from these two peo- ple. They have shown us that teachers are human, no different from us. They have shown us that they care and that we must care too. Their dedication and loyalty to our class has been greatly appreciated. Their caring and friendship has made our school years much more enjoyable. And that, we believe, is what education should be. We, the Class of 79 therefore dedicate our yearbook to Mr. and Mrs. Michael Slovak.

) ' V Appreciation Most of us look on his classes with happiness-that they’re over. Few of us, however, can recall when we have ever met a finer teacher. Some of us are fortunate enough to be able to call him a good friend. Few of us can recall when we have met a finer man. In all our troubles, in all our differences, in all the times we even hated him, he never stopped caring. For this we will be forever grateful. We may meet finer men and we may meet finer teachers, but few of us will ever meet anyone who has found the near perfect combination of the two. Therefore, we, the Class of ’79, give our yearbook in grateful appreciation to Mr. Terry Peard.
