X FD UEHHBUUH SIHH 1 lil I 3 5 Wu., Q 0 J Xf 'T'l x Q In ' 'Z L, 0 QOISOOQQQQQQQ ' e coco-:cog , Ooooo cocoa o Qogagoeqo oe O 9 '.Ef54 2 X-V7 ,fi TIME MARC VS ON !and we find ourselves Seniors looking back to September 1944, when we were twenty six bewildered but e ger freshmen In our first meeting we elected the following officers Pres Margelia Wlghtman Vice Pres Marjorie Shill Sec Trees Yvonne Kellogg Student Council Rep Elizabeth Longwell As Freshmen we enjoyed several parties under the guidance of our dvisor, Mrs Gertrude Benjamin One year later we found ourselves Sophomores, this time under the guidance of Walter Snyder just out of the Navy The following officers were elected Pres Robert Mattoon Vice Pres Yvonne Kellogg Treas Gloria Thorsen Sec Charlotte Traphagen Student Council Rep Elizabeth Longwell Our Sophomore year was an eventful one, consisting of a joint party with the Juniors, and a round and square dance Later in the ear, every one enjoyed a picnic at Loon Lake which ended up with a theater party ln Hornell because of bad weather We started our Junior year full of pep, realizing we were one more step toward our goal This year the officers were elected as follows Pres Marjorie Shill Vice Pres Margelia Wlghtman Treas Carl Samuelson Student Council Rep Bud Lewis The first event on our Junior agenda was the visit to the Freedom Train Robert Fox, Robert Lewis, Carl Samuelson, Marjorie Shill and Yvonne Kellogg were elected to rep esent our clese We sponsored Heaney the Magician and presented our Tunior Play WCalm Yourself ' Later in the year me held the annual Junior and Senior Banquet W received our class rings and the year was brought to a successful conclusion We looked forward to our Senior year with anticipation, knowing that our success would only be gained by hard work The following officers officlsted during our Senior year Pres Robert Lewis Vice Pres Dick Sheridan Sec Yvonne Kellogg Trees Gloria Thorsen Student Council Rep Marjorie Shlll Our Washington trip seemed more of a reality after we counted up theuprofits from our magazine campaign and our Senior Play, 'Just Ducky On October 18th, Dick Sheridan was in an automobile accident which sent him to the hospital At the time of this writing he is still there Also in October, Beverly Germon left our class to become Mrs Rickard Wlghtman Our pockets again jlngled with the profits from the Senior Dance and the magician show The Junior and Senior Banquet brought our last vear to a close we ere now looking forward to our graduation with mingled emotions, sorrow in leav'ng the influence of our Alma Mater, yet eager to explore the opportunities the world holds in store for us!
