Text from Pages 1 - 88 of the 1970 volume:

INTRODUCTION How do you do? I am Ephraim your yearbook for 1969-1970. Within my pages you will find stories and pictures to remind you of your school year. Featured will be pictures of faculty, seniors, and anything else which would hold still for our photographers. Our theme for this year is capitalism and much effort has been eliminated for its production. If you find it difficult to follow, merely attach a bell to its neck. I wish I could but I can ' t. 2 Dear Sir: It has come to my attention that you have an organization on your campus known as the Nu Sigma Chi. This letter is to inform you that unless this group becomes unrecognized in this year ' s year- book, you will receive another letter even nastier than this one. J. Fred Muggs Pres. Old Sigma Chi JFM zc Dear Editor, This letter is to inform you that I am the editor. Make no mistake about that. I am the editor. Mary Margaret Geis Editor c x LETTERS TO EDITOR ' i $ To whom it may concern: I happen to know that you guys copied your yearbook from the back of a Screaming Yellow Zonkers box. Leave $5000 in a brown paper sack under the 63rd St. Bridge on June 10 or I will for- ward this information on to the authorities. Sar Farkel Dear Miss Editor: I think this yearbook is really stupid. Why can ' t we have a normal yearbook like everyone else? I think a yearbook should give a person something by which to remember the year. Where are all the pictures of all the things that happened this year?
