eniormlay News The Seniors started the 1945-46 year with getting their pictures made. The girls had their pictures made before the doys did. We awaited the arrival of the pictures after they were taken and some of us were pleased with the outcome. i The Seniors started their money-making expedition by selling magazine sub- scriptions. The boys and girls had a contest to see who could sell the most. Of course the girls won. The boys still owe the girls that party. We made a profit of 374.00 which we think is very good. . At the present the Seniors are very busy getting out the yearbook. With the assistance of Mrs. Clark we are doing our best to make it a nice book. . The Seniors are also working on the play which we will present March 26, 1946 With the assistance of Mrs. Richardson we are coming along nicely. The play is SPRING FEVER . lt has twelve characters. The cast is as follows: Mrs. Spangler--Anita Eve, who owns a college rooming house. Ed Burns--Kenneth Everitt, who is a chemistry student in college and is al- ways having wild explosions in his room. Vic Lewis--Clyde Lewis, who is an art student. Lou Herron--Norma Cardner, who is a journalism student. She breezes in ev- ery once in a While to use the typewriter and to see Ed. Howard Brant--Dale DeWitt, who is a senior in college and a Zoology Student. Anne Purcell--Mary Clemmons, who is Howard's heart interest. Vivian George--Barbara Fawbush Mason, Who is Vic's heart interest. Phoebe Purcell--Zua Gordon, who is Anne' s mother. Henry Purcell--Lee Morgan, is Anne's father, a rich manufacturer. Maude Corey--Dorothy Gaffney, who is Howard's spinster aunt from California Prof. Virgil Bean--Frank Coons, who is Professor of the Zoology Department. Dr. Dixon--Billy McClain, who is President of Brookfield College. The Seniors are looking forward to a nice Iunior and Senior Reception this year

Mr. Glen Woodard has taken over pr. fessor Einstein's position. I . Miss Dorothy Gaffney Whose favorite story is Robinson Crusoe spends all of her tune studying about her young Robinsons. Mr. Lee Morgan who is an ace at detective Work is now considering taking over the business of Dr. Keen Tracer of lost persons. Miss Darlene Mills had advanced in her Secretarial Work. She is now a private secretary to john L.
