But the greatest part of our time is spent in the classroom. Most of the days in the life of our students are taken up by classes and studies. To find out just what happens in the life of an AHS student, a Comet photographer followed Billy McCaleb through a day at school. Among other things, this typical junior studies English and American history, drives his own car to school part of the time, and shares his locker with a large number of his friends. This is the way we go to school-all through the day. 8:10 - Spirit runs high at a pep rally, with our student joining in on the yelling. 12:15 - Billy practices for a choir Eer- fomiance with some other mem ers of the Mixed Choir. They are Iudy Johnson, Eleanor Tyler, Lee Mayfield, Sally Anderson, Gary Craig, Kay Kocurek, and Bill Cattis. C 1 41
