If you don't believe it, the cooks, kitch- en experts, can tell you all about washing thousands of plates, knives, forks, spoons, and saucers each day. Standing over the hot dish water are Mamie Williams, DaisyEasley, Bertha Walker, janie Cato, and Idel- la Bellinger. Z4 Tote that mop! Lift that pail! Busily cleaning tables, stacking chairs, and mopping the floor are c ustodians Mr. Eric Kaspar, Miss Ernice Pr e e c e, Mrs. Albert Parker, and Mrs. Ima Wusterhausen. Every play ha s a backstage crew that does the most work and gets the lea st credit. ln the real life drama at Austin High the custo- dians play the part of the b a c k s t a g e crew.
