Dough makes dough i'Ummm, that smells good, says Frank Burton as he takes the bread out of the oven. Baking bread isn't all he does in his working hours, though, as he also has to Wash pans, fill flour bins, and keep the bakery clean. Along with these tasks he has proved to be an expert taster as l he samples the freshly baked goodies. Frank is just one of many seniors who have part time jobs, and baking is one of the many fields involved. 22
