UMM, No matter what you try to do on the campus, you will eventually have to seek out Mr. Clarke, who is never where you look for him. just take a deep breath and fol- low the cigar smell, you cannot miss. The lot of a business manager is not an easy one, but Mr. Clarke handles very ably the job of explaining away the ever-rising cost of education.
