Bill Bateman was installed as Pres- initiation service for the new members, idem, Terry Miskell as Vice President, George Fox as Secretary, Jake Porter as Treasurer, and Dave Dougherty as Chaplain. Mr. Gabbard opens the Armistice Day program and introduces the guest speaker, Norman Steele. Each year Mrs. Simpson plans the Christmas program; and, with the help of the Latin II class, keeps the attention of the entire assembly. [ 8 ]

THE ENTIRE STUDENT BODY, The F. F. A. basketball team: Mr. Knigga, Joe Dittmer, Alan Weis, Charles Johnston, Alan Henry, Fred Brandt, Larry Diefenbach, Dale McClanahan, Byron Thayer, Arthur Workman, Edward Cornett, Kenny Johnston, and John Godfrey. The annual photographers, Martin Rahe and Steve Lang, usually referred to as Snap and Flash. The Hoosier Boy and Girl Staters: Nancy Bowling, Joyce Schulenborg, Jean Petscher, Nancy Shuter, John Ullrich, Bill Bateman, and Steve Lang. The Pep Band consists of David Hizer on the drums, Dan Landwehr on the baritone, John Ross playing his hot trumpet, David Dougherty blowing the slide trombone, Kenny Nisbet playing the sly sax, and last but not least, Steve Cherry play ing the deep bass while he stamps out the beat. The Pep Band usually plays before and during eac pep session.
