GRANDMA FIXES THINCB One Act Play The scene is the attractive living room of the Preston home. The play involves Mrs. Preston, a modern, ambitious mother, who wants her attractive daughter, Lenore, to marry Brockton Leffingwell Stoddard Baker, the gold-plated son of Mr. and Mrs. Baker. The Bakers', very much against their will, also serve as part-time cook and plumber pro-tem in the Preston housdlold. Grannie Blair, who doesn't let grass grow Luider her feet, aids Lenore in a plan for her to marry Barry Collins, a rising young engi- neer. Grannie also helps David the forgotten son of Mrs. Preston. In this one-act play Grannie Blair out- cupids Cupid and very definitely fixes things.
