Seventh Grade HONOURING DEAD Armistice Day at AMA is always celebrated on the 11th of November, even if there are ceremonies everywhere else on other days and dates. Every year the corps gathers on the black top at exactly 11 am to celebrate not only the end of World War I, but to honor the dead of its wars in the 20th century. Delivering the address in 1973 was Col. David Rapp, a member of the faculty who had been a U.S. Marine.
