WILLARD R. FINNEY Penhook, Va. (44) Pvt. Co. A, White Page, Track Team; (45) Corp Co. A Known for his stills in the Smoky Mountains, Hillbilly is kind of a quiet and slow cadet but is sure of everything he does. Well liked by all the cadets for his sense of humor and honesty, he will carry these traits with him into later life. Hillbilly will surely amount to something. Good luck, Hillbilly. EUGENE G. GREEN 20 and Colonial Ave., Norfolk, Va. (41) Pvt. Co. D; (42) Pvt. Band; (43) Corp. Co. D, Peep Football (1) (2) (3) (4), JV Basketball, Foot- ball; (45) 1st Lt. Co. С, JV Football, Basketball, Final Ball Comm. Greenie, another fifth year man, will usually be found in the Big Room playing the drums or beating it out on the piano. We will always remember him for his wonderful disposition and his cheery hello to everyone. To Greenie, we wish the best of luck in everything, and are sure that if he keeps up the way in life, the way he is going at Augusta, we'll certainly be proud of him some day. AUGUSTA MILITARY ACADEMY SOUTHGATE L. LOHMAN Lakewood, Norfolk, 5, Va. (44) Pvt. Co. В; (45) Busted Aristocrat A typical country boy from the big city is Southgate and will always be pictured as a slow, lanky, and sure-footed cadet. Never one much for sports, he gives our teams needed support by cheering. We believe that Southgate, if he keeps at his work as he has done here, will be success- ful in any undertaking. BLAIR J. LAWTHER 10 S. Quincy St., Margate City, N. J. (43) Pvt. Co. С; (44) Corp. Co. А; (45) 2nd Li. Со, E, Swimming Team (1) (2), Manager Swimming Team (3) In the New Cadet days of B. J., the whole corps had trouble telling him from B. M., but now—we still have trouble. His most famous accomplishment at Augusta is the way in which he handles the second platoon of E Company. This is no small accomplishment, as any cadet can see. To Lawther, we wish the best of luck. f A ,س е 1 , = مم Z Do + отр AA А қ - L 2044 | “7 ERA Å 72 е, EPP å VI if OR ud
