RANDAL Т. ELLIOTT Peak St., Bedford, Virginia (44) Pvt. Co. D; (45) Corp. Co, A Dave’s the one you always think of when you think of Stuart Hall, as he made quite a hit there. He’s made an outstanding impression on the faculty and cadets both socially and from the standpoint of studies, in his two years here. In- cidentally, fellows, Dave might not be very large, but he’s really a boxer from way back. He is planinng to e nter college upon graduating from A.M.A., West Point to be exact, and there he will be a top officer in Uncle Sam’s army. BOYD M. LAWTHER 10 S. Quincy St., Margate City, N. J. (43) Pvt. Co. C; (44) Corp. Co. A; (45) Sgt. Major, Staff Preach, our able Sergeant-Major, is the one who calls the battalion to attention faster than any cadet yet to enroll in A.M.A. He received his nickname as he planned to be a preacher, but it seems the fourth stoop tower has ruined his plans. Preach came here three years ago and has always been a true friend to all, so in saying so long, Preach, we wish you the best of luck. AUGUSTA MILITARY ACADEMY BIGELOW C. THOMSON P. O. Box 413, Winchester, Va. (43) Pvt. Co. D; (44) Pvt. Co. D; (45) Ist Sgt. Co. E Who’s that boy you see after every formation standing strolling up and down in front of Co. E, giving the boys the devil? It’s Bigelow, but don’t feel bad because they still like you. Bigelow came here three years ago, and he has made quite a reputation around the school. His chief loves are flying and V.M.I., and we will always remem- ber those turnouts saying, “АП men interested in flying report up to 309.” Lots of luck, Bigelow, in V.M.I. GEORGE B. CRIST P. O. Box 554, Craigsville, Va. (44) Pvt. Band; (45) Sgt. Band When you hear the drums rolling, you can al- ways look to the band and see Cris really knock- ing the drums. He is one of those quiet boys who always has the Big Heart under it and undoubt- edly a truly great fellow. Upon graduating Cris will enter the armed services, and we sincerely wish you the best of luck. We are sure that you will make as good a showin g there as you have here at A.M.A.
