The RECALL DIPLOMAS ROBERT S. PAGE, JR. He's quiet until you know him. That f1tS our Bob to a HT. Since coming to A.M.A. three years ago he has proven himself without a doubt that he will accomplish all that's set before him. Bob was a member of the 4th Stoop Tower Gangf' but he was the .least trifler of all. He was an ardent fan of the books and knowledge fast came to him through his studies. ANGELO PAPPAS Gush is well noted for being down to ranks by first blast and we know that he seldom ever missed. Our best wishes go with Gus as he enters the Army Air Corps and we know he will make a wonderful officer. Gus was a famous lad for the opposite sex and he was always full of fun. Whenever around he brightened things up, and his 'knowledge in literature, plus his quick wit won him many friends. CHARLES K. POLISHER Charley will not only be remembered by his classmates as a fine fellow, but as an outstanding boxer. He will be remembered by many of his opponents who were on the receiving end of his fistfulls of leather. We know him to be am- bitious, an asset to any young man. His success will not be hindered and he has our best wishes. GERALD M. REGER H-Ierry is a greatly admired cadet as well as being a casanova and a pretty boy. We can ex- pect only the best of Jerry Reger. Good Luck, l'handsome, don't break too many hearts!

1A.M,A.l DI PLOMAS ALBERT L. MCQUILL-EN Mac took leave of us at Christmas to assume new duties with the Air Corps. He leaves behind him an enviable record of unbounded friendliness with the corps in general. Take care of your- self, Mac, and be sure when you're out there with your new buddies to remember your old buddies at A.M.A. JAMES M. MCCANLESS Jimmie we send 'away with a sad goodby, but with the knowledge that he will make one of our best Army pilots. We only hope that you will be a little harder on the enemy than your per- sonality was on us. Best of luck, Jim, and happy landings to a swell fellow. J. HOWARD MCGLOON Mac arrived at Augusta three years ago to take his place as one of the great fencers of Augusta's history. This year he became captain of the team, taking all honor and losing none. Good luck, Mac, may success follow 'in your footsteps wherever you may go from Augusta. As for the corps, all we can say is that we are the loser upon your graduation. WILLIAM H. MCOWEN Bill came to us five years ago and in that time has proven himself a worthy friend of all cadets. He has been on the swimming' team for Hve years and this year became its captain. To Mac, a swell guy and a great swimmer, we say good luck in everything you do. ..4 'A.M',A.1 DI PLOMAS ROBERT E. ROGERS Bob was one of the few who rated to room with three others. His constant endeavor to work and work hard, proved a valuable asset to him at Augusta. His pleasing personality won many friends and his way with the girls of Mary Baldwin College was startling to watch. His favorite pastime was, believe it or not, studying. To Bob we wish the best of luck and we know his will and endurance will always keep him. H. RUTHERFORD ROSEBRO, JR. To humorous Rosie we bid a fond farewell. A popular cadet of outstanding wit. His corney jokes and favorite expressions are to be remem- bered. Rosie is one of the most cooperative boys that A.lVl.A. has. We all know he will con- tinue to be what he has been at Augusta. He is destined to be a success and we wish him the best of luck. ' ROBERT J. ROESSLER Bob answered his call to the colors early in the school year. The Army's gain was our loss. ln Bob,', the Army received a man, a person of great character, who is ever to be remembered by his classmates. When the war is won, 'fBob will join the ranks with the rest of the successful American men. RICHARD R. SAUNDERS Dick Saunders on the surface, has been a trifler, but down deep we know him to be a real person. He leaves his classmates knowing that his quality of making good friends will be the stepping stone to his success.
