SENIORS LANE, WILLIAM Wonder-Boy’s flashing performance on our basket-ball team was rewarded by being selected a member of the All-State Basket-ball Team. Tall, good looking, and good natured. We regretfully say good-bye to Bill Lane. LANGSTAFF, JACK. . “Peanuts” is another good article in a small package. Ace decorator of our gym. You could always find him hanging dangerously from a rafter, helping to make our dances a success. So long, “Shorty,” and the best of luck. LINSTONE, BOB Most. popular with the ladies as.well as the cadets, accented by his personality, wit, and good looks made Bob a sure bet for a great success. Achieving more in his three years at A.M.A. than any other third year man, we pay homage to a leader. Need we say more about a swell, good natured fellow?

Ge ders HYER, WALTER “Wat’s” two years at Augusta were accented by his participation in almost every type of Junior varsity sport. Seeing him go is one of the saddest things that we have to experience. INGRAM, HENRY LEWIS To “Dumbo” we say this—“‘your good nature and fine figure will always remind us of every- one’s friend, you.” Though you eat a lot, your humor will always make up for it. We know you're worth your weight in gold. We bid good- bye to one of our Tar-heels. KEESLING, DON Our highest praise to Don as a member of many of our winning teams. Don, excelling in academic and military life, paints a bright future for some girl’s life. We regretfully see Don em- bark on the sea of life. Bon voyage.

1942 LYON, BILL Bill started his career at A.M.A. five years ago as one of the biggest triflers Major Roller has seen in forty years. This year Bill has really turned over a new leaf, accepting responsibilities as an officer of the Ciceronian Literary Society and a Lieutenant in “B” Company. Working hard as Art Editor of this RecaLi, and we ex pect Bill to come out on top in the end. MAHONE, WORTHINGTON Better known to the cadets as “Tex.” Out- standing in athletics. He was elected captain of the track team and his football ability will always be remembered at A.M.A. MASON, LEMUEL : “Bud” is quite a studious fellow and M.L.T. is sure to have a boom season with this donation from A.M.A. We feel that Bud is an insurance -of success. He doesn’t need luck, he just needs a chance.
