Business New faces are seen in the Business Administration department this year. Mr. Budge and Mr. Cernohous were both new to our campus this year. Mr. Budge has also taken over advisorship of the Business Club. Mr. Hemingson, head of the department is presently on a leave-of-absence while studying for his Pli.D. at the University of Minnesota. The Business Department offers to students both courses in the administrative field and in the prac tical secretarial field. Bruce Budge Zdenck Cernohous 31

Miss Martha Mattson Education and Psychology ‘Extension’ describes both the psychology and education de- partments. With the addition of the Elementary Education pro- gram under Miss Mattson's able direction there have been numer- ous new courses added. The education department also went through a physical change with the expansion of office and class- room space. The psychology department added several new courses this year—an independent study type class in “Topics of Psychology,” and a course in “Psychology of Adjustment.” Mr. DeYoung and Dean Armacost are teaching the courses in psychology. Johnson Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees, representing various phases of the Lutheran Church in the area, has been working quietly behind the scenes this year. While much of their business lias been in conjunction with the Develop- ment Council, their other responsibilities were also well executed.
