This year we have had Driver ' s Training offered in the summer. Mr. Gaus has been the teacher. Besides Mr. Gaus many other teachers have spent days in the school this summer to get things in shape for the stu- dents this fall.

V i f r u ir it • Stairway to the Stars was the theme of the Junior-Senior Prom. The Seniors appreciated all the time the Juniors put into the Prom. We enjoyed it very much. Happiness is being Oakie , our basketball mas- cot. Just by being there he inspired our team, cheer- leaders, and fans. Thanks to Glenn Anspach for being Oakie. Mr. Krueckeberg is coaching his team the night the faculty played the Crusade rs, a church team . . . His coaching must have done some good be- cause they were victorious. Mr. Gaus, Mr. Rodney, Mr. Wiley, Mr. Hoffman, Mr. Fiesli, and Mr. Roof are his team members.
