Nelson, President; C. Brue, Vice- President; S. Vorm, Secretary; L. Eddy, Treasurer. They-Teen’s year began with a chili supper and an induction cere- mony to introduce Freshmen girls to Y-Teens. Many kinds of activities kept the girls busy, hi the fall, the town was canvassed in their annual nut selling campaign. The Christmas Ball, Old Fashioned Christmas , a mother-daughter tea and style show, Fashion Fairyland , were the important social activities of the year. The White Christmas saw the girls bringing canned goods for the less fortunate. On May 13, a can- dlelight installation of new officers was held in the Methodist Church. Ten girls attended the Y-Teens Conference at Bedford where Juanita Sutcliffe retired as President of the Southwestern-Iowa Dis- trict.
