m m The Juniors this year had Candy- land as the theme for their prom, with the Satin Smooth music of Eddie Allen. The money they used for the prom came from this years magazine sales, which amounted to over $800. In the top picture are the Junior class officers. They are, Richard Lewer, secretary; Betsy Hansen, vice- president; Ed Burkhardt, president; and Gary Speas, treasurer, who was absent. Next is a typical class meeting where the planning for the prom took place. On the bottom is a picture of some of the Juniors busy preparing for the prom, which was their main objective this year.

SENIORS As Mr. Rice said to the senior class you leave a vacant spot when you graduate from A. H. S. In the top picture is the group whose hands guided the senior class through this last year. They are, Darrell Nielsen, treasurer; Carol Jean Detwiler, secretary; Carolyn Eddy, vice-president; and Donald Jayne, president. The next picture is a class meeting where so many things were discussed in the last four years. And below is the industrious chem- istry class where a hydrogen generator blew up this year. For skip day this year the class went to Vieshea, at Ames, Iowa.
