SCHOOL OF EDUCATION In this school students are prepared for jobs as teachers, school administrators and supervisors. Education provides for all persons the foundation on which they build their lives as workers and professional people. In keeping with the land-grant college tradition of extending the benefits of education, Auburn's School of Education prepares teachers in many fields. The undergraduate student may specialize within the fields of elementary, secondary, agricultural and home economics education or in psychology. The graduate program assists teachers in their continuous professional improvement to prepare them for pcsitions of service and leadership.
