CHAR'-E5 AU-EN CARY customs LeROY HARE Dean School of Veterinary Medicine Dean School of Chemistry and Pharmacy istry also offers fundamental training in the science to the other schools of the institution. The School of Pharmacy is a standard accredited school of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy for the training of pharmacists and pharmaceutical chemists. The School of Veterinary Medicine prepares young men for the profession of veterinarian, livestock disease inspector, governmental and army employees along veterinary lines, and as bacteriologists. Graduates of this school are eligible to membership in the American Veterinary Medicine Association as well as for appointment to governmental posi- tions for which a course in veterinary medicine is a prerequisite. The School of Education has for its objective the professional Preparation of teachers, supervisors, principals, and superintendents. The education of teachers is specifically for the elementary grades and for junior and senior high schools. The high school fields for which Professional training is offered are: The natural sciences, the social sciences, mathematics, English, the modern foreign languages, indus- trial arts, occupational studies, physical education, general and voca- tional agriculture and home economics. The Executive Secretary is a general service office to all depart- ments and divisions of the College. This office performs also many services for students. For efficiency, the oflices of Registrar and Di- rector of Public Information are combined with that of Executive Secretary, thereby bringing this combination into close contact with pm5P6ctive students, with the alumni, and with the public in addition to the faculty and the students.
