Flag Corps Adds A Sparkle The flag corps added pageantry and color as they performed along with the band in parades, half time shows and pep rallies. They attended a clinic at UNO to gain more experience in performing routines. Led by seniors Kristin Schlange, Lisa Albright, Jennifer Rotkvic, Jonell Warren, Paula Lampe and Teresa Somers, the group displayed school spirit on and off the field. The band kept busy this year with various parades and concerts. They also sold items for the annual fund raiser, but the big finale was the annual district music contest in April. Receiving superior ratings were as follows: Band, Doug Houserman, Jodi Hytrek, Tina Kowalek, Stacy Anderson, Laura Osborne, Crystal Gerdes, Christy Long, Amy Stinson, Laura Gerdes, Mark Eash, Tara Stuk-enholtz, Jonell Warren, Becky Fuller, Matt Eash, Cristina Man-zano and Melissa Swinney. 25
