elected jrs. imitate our county officials County Government Day was held Wednesday, March 26. The Auburn students participating were: Co. Judges Dennis Goering, Dave Thomas; Co. Assessors Kay McCormick, Rick Kuhlmann; Co. Sheriffs Joni Sherwood, Van Erisman; Co. Clerks Vicki Bergmann, Jon Rus; Co. Treasures Jay Genoa, Robin Witte; Clerks of District Court Vicki VonBergen, Phil Walker; Co. Commissioners Kevin Brown, Bob Conn; Co. Attorneys Dale Bradley, Sheila Shigley; Co. Superintendents of Schools Gene Browning, Marty Ford; Co. Surveyors Kevin Brettmann, Tom Heidzig. The annual student-teacher day was held on April 30. There were 34 students who participated. Among these were 25 seniors, seven juniors, and one sophomore. CLOCKWISE STARTING UPPER RIGHT 'Dennis Goering takes on the responsibilities of County Judge. 'Sheila Shigley and Dale Bradley find the job of County Attorney interesting. 'Vicki Vollertsen, student-teacher, helps Le Ann Broers with her algebra. honored individuals inducted to society The 1974 members of the National Honor Society, Karen Aufenkamp, Greg Berger, Brian Browning, and Rob McKercher, led the inductions for the new members. May 7, 1975. They are: Seniors: Ron Brestel, Steve Chatelain, Brenda Holding, Denis Lessor, Debbie Wheat-craft, and Pam Yates. The juniors are: Vicki Bergmann, Kevin Brettmann, Kay McCormick, and Joni Sherwood. The guest speaker was Kathy Ferneau, who was inducted into the National Honor Society at Auburn high school in 1967.
