Twelve Angry Jurors Is Spring Play The drama Twelve Angry Jurors by Reginald Rose was the A.H.S. spring play. The story focused on the problem of reaching a verdict in a murder trial. Crux of the decision the jury must make is contained in the phrase, beyond a reasonable doubt . Their final verdict and how they reach it add up to a mature piece of dramatic literature. The cast included Kirk Kuwitzky, John Ely, Gloria Obermeyer, Kathie Bence, Joe Ely, Pat Patras. Colleen Harris. Dennis Rippe. Valerie Coatney, Connie Pokrant, Anne Ely, Doug Holsclaw. David Adams, Tracy Kuwitzky, and David Holsclaw. The play was directed by Jeff Falter and the technical direction was by Sharon Parrish. Stage manager was Mariellen Wilson. 'Til kill him! Albert protests to lending his girl. The judge performs a quickie ceremony. Comedy Is Accent For Fall Play Comedy was the accent for the fall play with the presentation of Norman Krasna's play, Dear Ruth . The plot concerns a young girl (Becky Pasco) who carries on a romantic correspondence with an overseas soldier (Kirk Kuiwitzky) in her elder sister's name. When the youth returns, he makes up to the older sister (Gloria Obermeyer) who is already engaged. The cast members were David Hols-claw. Kathie Bence, Doug Holsclaw, Roland Barrett, Elaine Walker. Ann Vaughan, and Kevin Casey. The play was directed by Jeff Falter with technical direction by Sharon Parrish. Stage manager was Mari-ellen Wilson. 28
