EASTER CONVOCA TION The annual Easter Convocation was presented by the Sophomore class on March 26, 1964. The Prelude was played by Susan Green and Nancy Hahn. Janet Weers gave the prayer and Linda Clements read the scripture, Mark 16:1-8. Those presenting the musical portion were: Jeanie Hawley, a vocal solo; Kirk Blecha, Peggy Holtzman, and Darrell Kuenning, Saxophone trio; Sophomore Triple Trio, vocal selection, Just For Today. Dick Layson introduced the speaker, Eugene J. Ely, who addressed the audience with The Challenge of Easter. Marcia Grable delivered a prayer. After a moment of silent prayer, Claudia Kite and Darrell Kuenning played the Postlude to conclude the Easter Services. The Ushers for the service were: Deloit Childers, Chet Hartwig, Kenneth Lavigne. Jack Layson, Nancy Den, Theresa Redfern, Marcia Sears, and Deanna Walcott. Acolytes for the service were: Jack Bohlken and Tom Femeau. This inspirational event was sponsored by Mrs. Karl Hector and Mr. Kenneth Hutton.
