BOARD OF DIRECTORS -...... M I Left to Right: George H. Huhler. Treasurer: George Binncr. Secretary: Frederick K. Krauss. Snperxisinq Principal' Franklin S. Moyer. President: Henry W. Landis, Vice- Prvsident: Nlrmbcr: Inhn T. Morrison. Supervising Principal is MR FREDERICK K. KRAUSS MUHLENBERG COLLEGE ALLENTOWN, PENNA. UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA PHILADELPHIA, PENNA. SUBIECTS: History, Health Principal's Message PRINCIPAIQS M ESSAGE is SENIORS: One of the outstanding features of our yearbooks, past and present, is that all members of the senior classes participate in the production M a joint enterprise of every senior. Now participation in group activities is a highly desirable democratic practice. It is essential for the most efficient type of society that all its members participate in its activities. One can no more serve his class and school and himself by failing to contribute than he can his society and community hy with- drawing into the hills and living unto himself. That type of individual is a leech, living off of the life blood of the class and society without giving anything in return. The evidence of your participation in this class and school activity would seem to indicate that you have learned to live in our society by carrying your share of the responsibility. May you ever continue to do so. Best wishes. FREDERICK K. KRAUSS. Supervising Principal. Auburn High School, Auburn, Penna. March 1, 1954. - 3 ..
