Remember When . . Jane Emberton and Dale Hammel were crowned Homecoming Queen and King. Mr. McKay declared Fridays as Double Dollars Day. the Seniors took first place on their float for the fourth year in a row. Christina Tsoli came from Greece to spend the year at A-HHS. we had open campus during semesters. Alan Long was Santa Claus. Janet Lewis was Edith Ann. prom was held at the Ramada Inn in Champaign. the gym was littered after noon hour. FFA held a farm animal zoo. ’'Woody” won the Pancake eating contest during Student Council week. North Central came to visit. Diane Dick was a hit as Snoopy. Seniors wore red, white and blue medallions at graduation for the Bicentennial. Coach Lyons and Mr. Frank Walker had pies thrown in their faces on awards day. Mr. Walker shared his pie with Scott Harris, the good times outweighed the bad times. 2
