Other activities were attending FFA Sectional Leadership School Sept. 23, National FFA Convention Oct. 14-18, FFA Farm Bureau Acquaintance Day Nov. 8,1AA Convention Nov. 18-19, IAA-FAA Conference Dec. 24-28, Sectional and State Livestock and Dairy Judging April 28, Potluck Parent-Son Banquet Mar. 6, and delivering Christmas fruit baskets and Mother’s Day presents. FFA also supported a foster child, Ernesto Ruam, in the Philippines. The highlight of the AT-TO-HI’s year was being featured on a half-hour program on WCIA-TV, Champaign, in November. “Let’s Look At Learning” director Richard Bailey and cameraman Bill Mason spent a day filming the editorial and production staffs in action, including distribution at an all-school assembly. They taped interviews with the sponsors.
