A STUDENT IS ? Students can be found everywhere; running around, stepping over, and slithering past teachers. A Student is courage under a graduation cap, a smile in a patch of blue, and energy that is endless. Just v hen he is gaining poise and prestige he drops his books, trips up the stairs and steps on a teacher ' s foot. To the administration he has the stability of mush, the fleetness of a snail, the men- tality of a mule, and is held together by God only knows what. A Student likes bomb scares, days off, assemblies and rallies. He abhors alarm clocks, school lunches, report cards and session halls. No one else can cram into his head history, physics, English, French, and trig while listening to his favorite songs. A Student is a wonderful creature; you can criticize him, but you can ' t discourage him, you can hurt his feelings, but you can ' t make him quit. Might as well admit it, he is your personal representative of the school, your living symbol of knowledge and your hope for tomorrow.
