S l ll . gI7l'6'WI7 d Life is strange inasmuch as it does not allow us to look into the future, yet does allow us to recall the past. As you read through this, our 1960 yearbook, we hope the years at A.H.S., the friendships you have had, and their contributions to your lives and to your fu- tures will be relived in these few pages. We have chosen the Nsean as our theme because this gift has a lesson to teach us concerning life in that it is seldom calm and gently flowing. Each wave carries with it something continuous yet newg each experience of life carries with it continued growth and something new. The sea has its depths and unknowns which are symbolic of life. For each one of us, the sea can serve as a guiding inspiration through 'fthe sea of life.', As we present our yearbook of 1960, we hope that the high and low tides of our young lives will live again.
