In behalf of the Faculty of the Attleboro High School and for me personally I extend to you, the graduating class of 1958, our congratulations and best wishes for the years that lie ahead. Aristotle once said that an education is an ornament in prosperity and a refuge in adversity. In Aristotle ' s time, it doubtl ess was true that an education was only an ornament or a refuge,- but in this age of atomic energy, antibiotics, and space satellites, an education is a real necessity. You have completed successfully the first twelve years of your edu- cation. You should be proud of the accomplishment.
